Creepy Crawl Night-Time Haunted Pub Walking Tour of Savannah's Historic District

Overview
We are the ORIGINAL haunted pub crawl tour of Savannah's famed Historic District, operating nightly since 1996. Our home base is the famous Six Pence Pub, a notoriously haunted English-themed bar right in the middle of downtown Savannah. Our professional storyteller-guides have decades of combined experience sharing compelling tales of eerie happenings and ghost lore in Savannah. Our walk covers about 1.5 miles of Savannah's gloriously beautiful (and terribly haunted!) sidewalks and squares. As it is legal to drink on the street in Savannah, we breeze through a handful of sometimes-quirky, sometimes-historic bars for walking beverages. Note: drinks ARE NOT included in admission. Only guests 21+ may participate, making this an ADULTS-ONLY ghost tour! Please be advised that tour guests will be carded at entry to bars. The 21+ policy is strictly enforced. You must have unexpired photo ID with you on the tour.

We visited Savannah for a friend’s weekend. It was cold and rainy - perfect setting for a creepy crawl. Pamela led our group with interesting stories at 4 pubs with historical Savannah background throughout. I would have enjoyed a bit more time at the pubs but that would have required a longer tour.

We loved the information and the stories that Greg told us. Very fun! He’s a great backward walkeršŸ˜‰

The Creepy Crawl Haunted Pub Tour seemed like a fun idea, that is until I realized that most of the crowd was already "Lit" before we even got started. What followed after three bar stops is a bunch of hammered people who would not remember if the saw a ghost or not (we didn't). Our guide did have great knowledge of Savannah's History and all the turmoil that has given life to these tours. My recommendation, go on a tour that does not include getting sh%tfaced just to learn about an interesting city.

Hi Jim R, Thank you for taking a tour with us, and thank you for your feedback. We regret that you did not enjoy your evening with us. The Creepy Crawl Haunted Pub Tour does indeed host guests who have been drinking or wish to drink. Usually the drink stops serve to induce a convivial atmosphere and help guests get to know each other, and things don't progress beyond a little tipsiness. Guests can occasionally arrive having "pre-gamed" too hard. Guides do their best to pace drink stops well and subdue disruptive guests. But sometimes it's out of our control. Our adult guests indeed SHOULD be mindful of drinking responsibly so as not to detract from the experience our tour provides for themselves and others. To-go drinks are a big part of life in Savannah, both for tourists and locals. Chances are good that if you're in this town and engage in an after-dark activity, even if it's not billed as being drinking-oriented there will be some over-served folks. Open container allowance is a double-edged sword! We appreciate your kind words to your tour guide and hope you found drier activities in town that pleased you. Thanks again for your business.
