We had Wade and Trish and they were fabulous! It was my daughter’s first time snorkeling at 7 and she was nervous. They were super gentle with her and by the end of the experience she was the last one out of the water as a baby manatee was playing with her. Really professional, top rate organization and a really memorable experience.

Had a great time seeing the gentle giants out on the river. The water is cold but to see these beautiful animals up close is amazing. Our captain and guide were terrific!

My brother and his wife and a friend along with my husband and myself snorkeled with the manatees. We saw a a Mama and 3 "kids". Tom was our captain and JJ our photographer and fellow snorkeler. They were the best...friendly, knowledgeable, super happy and fun. We have awesome pictures and even were warmed up with towels from Tom(we forgot ours!) and a jacket (JJ's!!!)and even a heater that Tom had onboard. We had a wonderful time. Every single staff member was happy and kind. I am guessing it is an awesome place to work because I really don't think everyone would be so great if it wasn't.
