My son and my two beautiful granddaughters were looking forward to this as the highlight of their trip to the Tampa area. I went along, although my age precluded being in the water for such a long time. Their experience was even better than anticipated as they were able to see and touch numerous manatees. I was able to see the wonderful creatures surface frequently. The boat captain, the accompanying guide and all the people in the Center were fantastic. They were warm, friendly, helpful and informative.

Our family of four adults and three 16-17 year olds had a great time! Wade and Tricia were incredible. They made everyone feel comfortable. A couple of the teens were apprehensive and that was subsided by the overview before the trip and the calming ways of Wade and Tricia. A couple of the adults even stayed on board and still thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We will come back again to enjoy this trip as well as some of the other adventures this wonderfully friendly group offers. The check in and front desks were extremely friendly and helpful. Just an all over good vibe from these folks!

My husband and I did a semi private tour today with Heidi and john. What a great time we had. As two of six we had a more personal touch. Their goal was to make our day the best it could be and they did. They were informative and fun. Our first stop we saw about 6 of these gentle giants. We got lucky enought to see momma and baby. Momma rolled over twice as if to say " belly scratch please." Heidi was always at the ready to guide us to them while john spotted from the boat. After leaving there they took us to Jurassic springs. Very cool place. On the way pointing out places and giving us a history of the area and keeping us warm with a heater and hot chocolate. Very informative. As a side not...Heidi gave us a great recommendation of a local place to eat after our trip. The Crab Plant was delish!
