Everyone we encountered was so nice. I’m sure it’s easy to get annoyed with tourists but the office staff and guides were kind and patient. We saw 2 manatees with Captain Troy and Captain Emerson. After we learned more about the manatees and the behaviors we felt very fortunate to even be able to see any this time of year. Well worth it. Being out on the water and observing these creatures made our trip. Captain Emerson took some awesome under water pics that we gladly paid to get on a USB

Excellent tour guide & staff. Suggest going earlier in season since we only saw 1 manatee, Still worth it!

Had a great time snorkeling with the Manatees, only saw a few but it still was impressive. Also had a good time in the springs seeing turtles, birds, and fish. The guide was very knowledgeable about the Manatees and other things we saw. I would recommend bringing a sweatshirt or something to cover up after getting out of the water. They did serve hot coca after getting out of the water which is nice. They do offer an optional flash drive of pictures they took for purchase that you get to see before buying, I thought the picture quality was really good so I bought one didn't post any these are my photos.
