I had a wonderful tour with Tosca. I indicated that I enjoyed Italian Renaissance art and she paid special attention to that. She gave information about the paintings and the artists as well. I found the stories about the artists so fascinating that I enjoyed the paintings even more. She made my visit to the National Gallery of Art and very enjoyable experience.

Tosca was an exceptional tour guide! I usually just visit museums and power through the works of art but having Tosca explain the pieces in detail and focus on the elements of the art that appealed to me was a real treat. For example, I was really excited to see the Italian Renaissance section and left beyond impressed by Tosca’s story-telling about the period! Having this experience really gave me a fresh view of art and I will definitely be going on this tour again with other friends!

I had a wonderful time wandering around the national gallery with Tosca. As someone who is not familiar with art history at all, I found that Tosca managed to make the visit really informative without overloading. Not only does she know her subject very well, but Tosca has the gift to make the visit alive and fun (visitors of the museum couldn’t help but listen too). And this, with the smile on her face! It would be a shame to visit the museum without listening to her insights. Can only recommend!
