Custom Private Tour in Convertible MINI Cooper

Overview
You're in a special city. Why take an ordinary tour? This is the ONLY convertible MINI Cooper tour in the country!

This tour is totally customizable – you choose the length of the tour, what time you want to be picked up, and what you want to see.

I love San Francisco and have spent 20 years studying and exploring the city. I’ll work with you to plan your tour so you can see the famous sites and the hidden gems other tours can't go to or don't know about. I’ve designed this to be the type of tour I would take if I visited San Francisco, but where you go is up to you. I make suggestions along the way, but how long you spend at any site is up to you. You're never rushed, and never have to wait for other people. It's all about you!

Plus, it's fun! In the convertible MINI Cooper, you see everything up close and personal as we drive along.

I love showing guests San Francisco, and talking about the history and culture of this unique and special city.

My friend and I were only going to be in San Fran for 1 day and neither of us had ever been. I was looking at tours on Trip Advisor when I happened upon this one. After looking at Reed's website and the reviews - I was sold. We could not have made a better choice. Reed was attentive from the first email and pleasantly and patiently dealt with me while I sorted through our schedule to finalize our plans. We came to him completely open and let him give us a tour of the city with no particular sites in mind since we had never been. It was so special and the completely unobstructed view from the back seat of a convertible mini is incredible. It was made even better by Reed's incredible narrative and rich knowledge of the city and its history. Also, if you have a question, you just ask and instantly get an answer - it is so wonderfully personalized just to you. We did a 3 hour tour and I bet we know more about the history of San Fran than most of its residents, except Reed of course! I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.

My 20-year-old daughter and I had a blast seeing San Francisco from Reed's Mini-Cooper convertible. He picked us up at our hotel, took us to the "must see" tourist sights and introduced us to lesser know spots off the beaten path. We went to a fortune cookie factory, ate dim sum and strolled Macondray Lane. Riding through Golden Gate Park and the Presidio in the open air heightened our experience of both outdoor treasures. Not only did we see a lot, we learned a lot. By the time Reed dropped us back at the hotel, we had a pretty good understanding of the significant events and charcters in SF's history. The tour was a perfect foundation for the remainder of our visit. We are both recommending it to our friends.

My husband and I just returned from a week-long trip to the Bay Area. We only had 3 days to spend in San Francisco. I had been many times before but it was my husband's first visit to this great city. In the course of researching a semi-private mini-van tour for us, I thankfully came across information for Small Car Big Time Tours. We emailed Reed, got a response promptly and were able to organize our 3-hour tour of San Francisco very easily! For just a bit of a premium over what we would have paid for a mini-van tour, we got picked up at our hotel, taken to each and every site we wanted to see in San Francisco, all in the comfort of Reed's convertible Mini Cooper. Thankfully, with this little zippy car, we got to see a lot of sights we would not have otherwise been able to see - and all in three hours (the 5-hour mini-van tours really end up being closer to 4 hours because they have to pick everyone up and drop people off). I HIGHLY recommend this as a way to visit San Francisco! Plus Reed was kind enough to share his personal restaurant recommendations. Who can beat that?
