There is some upriver paddling so children under the age of 10 should be paired with an adult

Kayaks have a 300 pound weight limit. Tandem Kayaks 550 pounds. Paddleboards 225 pounds

What To Expect

Coldwater Excursions

Take in the sights as you are guided down Holmes Creek to a beautiful fresh water spring, Cypress Springs, in a canoe, kayak, or on a stand up paddle board (SUP), depending upon your preference. Your guide will be with you for the entire trip to set up and demonstrate all of the gear and to help you maximize your experience at Cypress Spring. Discover the best way to snorkel with an underwater scooter; it does all the work of swimming for you so you can take in the beauty below the surface and snorkel effortlessly. Document your experience with a GoPro, with mounts to tackle every job you won't miss a moment. Relax in luxury and let us do all the heavy lifting, packing, and setting up for you. Our guide Taylor was amazing!! We loved that everything was provided for and we didn’t have to bring much! The 8am tour was perfect, we were able to have some time at the spring before it got super busy from others. Taylor was super nice and whatever we needed she got! I would highly recommend doing this tour and we would definitely do this again!

This excursion was awesome! Cold, but awesome. My 2 kids are ready to go back. We had a blast on the little scooters. Really unique. I thought the use of it was extra, but it was included. You do not need to bring anything. They had EVERYTHING! Food, drinks, suntan spray and even chairs laid out for us on the bank. We saw some other companies, but they were in NO WAY even close to what Coldwater provided. We drove behind the van and got there in 45 minutes. We loved the guide Taylor. She actually told us a little history while we kayaked to spring. She was also very polite, and went out of her way to help us out. She even took pics for us. I mean this was truly an adventure. First class! If you go to another company, I GUARANTEE you will not have as good as a time as us 3 had. So, so memorable. GREAT JOB COLDWATER!

We had the best time on this excursion, it was amazing! Josiah and Cassie are so awesome. We learned a lot as we kayaked over and had such a fun time swimming in the spring! The scooters were great, we had the best time!
