Chance was very knowledgeable about the subject and it was awesome how he recounted personal stories as well that went so well with the tour stories. Took his time telling them too and did not rush through them. We went to many places. I got intensely spooked and then I was thinking about all the mysteries of my own hotel room after the tour.

Our guide was great, super friendly and interactive. I was slightly annoyed that we had to wait for late people and the tour didn’t start until 8:10p. It was a big group that was late and while I understand trying to accommodate their lateness because there were so many of them, I found it disrespectful to the rest of us that were on time. Our time is valuable too. There were several (3) drink/high homeless people that kept trying to join the group at various times during the tour. Literally follow us and walk/weave their way through our group as we stood there trying to listen. Our tour guide tried to persuade them to leave but one 1 in particular would not leave us alone. It was uncomfortable because he was ranting and raving about random things while smoking a big blunt and carrying a water bottle filled with brown stuff. We were on edge most the time worried about these random people. Also the route along the busy streets made it hard to hear. People honked at us, played loud music, and one car even stopped next to us on the busy streets made and stared at our group (why, I don’t know). Our final stop had a homeless person sleeping on the ground by us. He tossed and turned and was throwing around his blanket as the guide was talking to us. It was just uncomfortable because I was worried that if we were disturbing him, he might get up and do something to us. Overall, it was ok-ish. Our guide was the best but I was uncomfortable from the Radom bums.and could not hear most of the time (unless I was standing right next to the guide).
