Five species of wild dolphins are also seen throughout the year, including mega-pods with up to 10,000 dolphins! Plus sea lions, marine birds, and even sharks. Love the smaller catarmaran that we were on. Stood at the bow for most of the trip and loved it. Captain Christian found a whale and knew the behavior and about what time we would see her blows. Loved seeing the dolphins too. Would highly recommend Captain Dave's. Being on the smaller boat, everyone could see and no wrestling for a place to stand or sit. Next year, I want to do the Zodiac boat!!

Caitlin (trained in marine biology) and Christian did a great job finding a blue whale and knew the whale’s behavior and where to be to see them. We also saw lots of bottlenose dolphins and some sea lions. It was a great trip on the small catamaran. Be ready to get wet if you ride up front. Wear water shoes or take your shoes off! For a treat we got brownies at the end of the trip. Very nice and knowledgeable guides!
