Five species of wild dolphins are also seen throughout the year, including mega-pods with up to 10,000 dolphins! Plus sea lions, marine birds, and even sharks. You'll depart from Dana Point, home to one of the most diverse marine eco-systems in the world. We had a blast on this adventure! We saw so many dolphins on this amazing trip! Captain Christian and Janelle are wonderful hosts. From the beginning to the end of this trip, we were impressed by how friendly, organized, knowledgable, and professional Captain Dave's staff is! I highly recommend this excursion, and I can't wait to go on it again!

Excellent! Saw hundreds of dolphins,a bryde whale and three Mola Mola. Great Guide Christian!!! Definitely recommend!

I always love Captain Dave’s dolphin and whale watching. It is perfect as an excursion for when I have guests in town. I have gone 9 times and each time I love it more.
