I met my best friend with her college aged daughter and 9 year old nephew, Seth. It was my first time experiencing this adventure, and we were all excited to go. The drive into Dana Point is already beautiful, the welcome to the tour was warm and exciting, and it was Seth's birthday! Captain Chuck, Matt, and Stacy were our team, and they made the experience so fun! All are knowledgeable on all things marine life, and after some play with the common dolphins and their fun attitudes, a Seal, some California sea lions, and birds, Captain Chuck teamed up with other boat companies to help us all find gray whales. Sure enough, their teamwork paid off! We were able to encounter a mother gray whale migrating with her baby along the coast. Her little guy was a bit rambunctious, and decided to breach over 3 times!!! SUPER EXCITING!! Thank you to the team for going out of their way to make sure we had a memorable trip. Thank you for making Seth's birthday a very happy one! He loved it, and we had a great time! :) Highly recommended! PS - Brownies at the end??? That was amazing! We're definitely coming back again. We try to go on the Dolphin Safari once per year. This team is very professional, friendly and know the animals well. Having naturalists onboard is really a treat. COVID-19 procedures are in place and in addition to requirements for face masks include a crew member regularly going around the guests with hand sanitizer. We’ve seen a mega pod of dolphins on one trip. Quite a treat.

We had a great time even though the boat had some mechanical issues that added extra excitement to our trip. We still got to see dolphins which was amazing. My kids loved every minute of it. They even got to go in the underwater pods.We got brownies as as well which were amazing. Thank you for making our trip from ND a fun one!
