Five species of wild dolphins are also seen throughout the year, including mega-pods with up to 10,000 dolphins! Plus sea lions, marine birds, and even sharks. Beautiful day to be on the water. No whales but LOTS of dolphins - they were all around the boat. Plenty of room to move around. I definitely recommend standing in the front of you like wind and waves. I plan to do this again.

We knew going into the trip we were on a period of the year where we weren't likely to see any whales so not much surprise there but still very impressed with the boat overall and the job done by the captain/first mate! Boat design is perfect for watching dolphins swim along the front and can't be beat. Captain Steve and First mate Daniel were very knowledgeable and kind and provided a great recommendation for dinner location (Turk's) that was delicious.

Captain Dave's whale and dolphin trip was better than I expected. We saw both a whale and a pod of dolphins. We were just about out of time for our trip when the crew spotted the dolphins. They stayed out there longer than planned so we could all enjoy the dolphins. The crew was very caring; repeatedly checking on everyone, especially the older passengers and the kids. They put together a nice photo and video of our trip that we purchased for a very reasonable price.
