Captain Pete was the best guide, he explained everything. Would recommend folks going on this island trip, also take the two hour Gullah bus trip. my wife and I took both trips which really complemented each other. The island is amazing. Well worth the effort and the boat trip was excellent. Once we were on the island the golf carts were easily accessible.

Capt. Pete Barbano provided a fascinating afternoon, full of history and information about Daufuskie island. We had a safe and pleasant boat ride to the island with lots of information about the sights along the way. On the island we traveled on golf carts between the points of interest. A great afternoon for our family.

Captain Pete was so knowledgeable about the island and the people who live there. Loved all the information about Pat Conroy, who taught on Dafuskie.So happy we took this trip.
