With a population of just over 4,300 people, this village is home to many events throughout the Summer, including a hot air balloon festival and many different arts and crafts shows. Here you will find many local artisan shops featuring art, jewelry, clothing, gifts, and number of award-winning specialty foods. There is even a Ski and Snowboard Museum, of interest to those who enjoy downhill Winter sports.

We had a great day visiting Vermont in winter. Natalia was very welcoming and friendly. She clearly loves her adopted home and wants to share it with visitors. She was flexible on our pickup spot and gave us plenty of time at each spot we stopped. She took us to some back roads to shoot photos as well as hit the highlights of the area. While we could have independently gone to each stop it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the ride with a local.
