Brianna, our guide was excellent. She made the tour fun, factual and made us feel like we were all getting a personal tour. Highly recommend Palmetto!

We had a great time and really appreciate the care this company invests in the animals. The guide was very knowledgeable!

We made a phone reservation the day of our tour for 2 couples with two separate methods of payment. Marina said it was a slow day with plenty of seats. Upon arriving our group was forced to sit 4 abreast at the back of the carriage while other couples were seated 2 abreast. We did not see any other carriages where 4 were seated together. They said it was necessary because we made reservation in same phone call. Mind you 3 of our 4 people are disabled vets, amid covid concerns, with heat of the day! They would not even allow one of our party to sit in the seat behind the driver (for his safety) or in a row with only 2 people. We were told we could only "try" to catch a later carriage. We are not family members of the other couple, only acquaintances, but we were crammed together! Very unpleasant and unsafe. No compensation was offered and I have foot problems and had a lot of trouble getting into the rear seat. Again no assistance. That said our guide was very nice, knew a lot of the area history and tidbits, so he did well. Paid full price to be treated in a way we will never repeat with this company. Plenty of companies doing these tours, choose another!
