Sean was knowledgeable and entertaining whiskey explaining the history of buildings, houses, and monuments. A great way to learn about the history and trivia about the City. The markers and horse sanitation was amazing - a clean and well preserved city.

Service was second to none. We arrived for our 9am and waited patiently while the first carriage was loaded. The second carriage was loaded across the other side of the barn, so passengers had to walk across the barn, up 5 steps and step across onto the carriage. Our group (of 6) were called to load onto the carriage across the barn. One member of our group could not climb stairs, so as soon as I raised our issue, the lady quickly changed this. It was no trouble at all for her to make this change on the fly. We boarded our tour and our guide Dana spoke clearly and always made sure when she spoke she was facing us. Dana offered plenty of history and advice on where to visit after the tour. When we returned, again, the staff couldn't do enough for the member of our group who had difficulty with steps, so thank you for making this member feel included and not an inconvenience. I'm pleased to inform you, our 15 year old has already used the information Dana supplied on her tour at school when we returned to Australia regarding the Civil War! and here I was thinking she had her head in her phone the whole tour...

I am glad to have done this carriage ride! This was a perfect way for me to get reacquainted with the city since I had not visited since 2007. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the city and the architecture and I was very appreciative for that as I learned a lot about the city that I previously did not know. I was also very please to hear how well they take care of the horses and don’t overwork them! If I am ever back in the city I will definitely do another carriage tour! Give Bread and Butter an extra carrot as a huge thank you!
