A must do. Easy to get to. Easy to walk up and buy tickets. Super friendly folks. You get a quick look around Charleston. And if you’re lucky, you get Ross as a tour guide. He did a bang up job. He was on top of every single historical point and then some. As I said a must do, and ask for Ross. Loved it, enjoyed Ross and of course Charleston!

Tim was the driver and did a really good job! Was well informed and very friendly. Carlos (the horse) was a 17 year old Percheron. A really big boy. I was obvious that this company takes very good care of their horses. Temps were checked at the end of each tour. Cook down periods and rest breaks are scheduled into the horses day. In Tim’s 7 years with the company they have never had a heat related problem with any of the animals. Charleston in summer is a tough climate. I think that statistic is impressive. Book on line before you go. They fill up quickly. Book the parking for $16 while on line. It’s good for the day and it’s a bargain compared to some other locations.
