Tour was great about taking you to all the notable sites in DC. There were a couple things I wish could have been better to make the experience better for my family 1) I wish the tour guide would have walked to each location with the group to talk about the history and point out things at the site. (took a similar tour back in Dec 2021 and the tour guide was with us from the time we left the bus till we got back on telling us interesting facts about the location) I know we saw other groups and their tour guide was with them from the time they left the bus till they board back on the bus. She would give us a brief history of the location, but if you had questions while at the site you either had to ask when you got back or look them up online. Just felt compared to my last tour this was lacking. 2) the bus itself was very loud when driving (suspension very squeaky) which caused us to miss some of the tour guides facts of DC.

Thanks for this feedback. The tour guide is supposed to walk you to each memorial. Can you provide her name so we can follow up with her? Regarding the suspension, I do apologize. We have had a very busy season and our mechanics are doing their best to keep every bus up to par but unfortunately, some buses are overworked and we are aware of this issue. This is a great way to see the memorials in one evening. It would be days of walking on your own. Most were even more beautiful at night.
