I loved seeing the memorials at night. However the guide was not the professional that he should have been. Dressed in baggy clothes and seemed to have an agenda and get on a soap box. Some of his information was not accurate as well.

I am sorry you had a negative experience, that is not the level of service we aim for. Could provide the guide's name so we can follow up with them?

The city is alive at night and taking the all glass small bus with D’re didn’t disappoint! D’re was knowledgeable, courteous, and so helpful. He gladly took pictures of us in front of the monuments. He managed to get us to all stops in spite of traffic pattern changes due to a Marine Run taking place the next day. D’re engaged all the passengers making each of us feel special! I highly recommend.

This bus was extremely crowded. The seats were small and cramped. There was absolutely nothing that the person riding on the inside could see. There were stops every few minutes of nothing you could really see because it was so dark. There was nothing new from the good daytime tour that we had already taken. The bus was suffocating...no air circulating on a very crowded bus with a bunch of people coughing. We got off the bus halfway through. Total rip off and waste of money.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy the experience. Many people enjoy the night tour especially around Halloween. The itinerary is very similar to the day tour, that is true - often travelers retake the tour to see the lights. Regarding the bus, it sounds like the AC wasn't optimal. We will look into that. If you are able to reach out to us at [email protected] we can look into remedying this with a partial refund.
