Tour at night was absolutely with it. Seeing all the monuments is completely different than in the day. We paid for the upgraded tour which said it included a tour guide at each location. That is not what happened in this case. We were dropped at each monument to tour ourselves except for the Lincoln, Korean, and Viet Nam memorials. Tour guide told us a lot of facts on the bus on the way to each monument but the other bus like ours actually had someone get off with them each time and had a separate driver.
