These ease of getting from one place to another and ample time to take pictures at Memorials. the knowledge of our driver was incredible. He was great and shared much more information than we expected.

5/19/21. Driver was Theo and I can’t remember the guides name. Sorry. But she is definitely an asset to your organization! Theo was great too, smooth ride. But she was excellent. Knowledgeable about the memorials. Well spoken. Personable in sharing some her memories growing up/ living in DC. Made it a point at different stops to engage with different members of the group, to include everyone on the tour. We were a motley crew of sorts, mostly in pairs but quite a few touring alone. Definitely KUDOS here. We had a chance to chat at the Lincoln Memorial. She was able to speak to the events, the history made on those steps. From Dr. King’s speech to the more recent inauguration. We even discussed Marian Anderson and Elenor Roosevelt. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but I do hope she gets some recognition from review! I enjoyed the tour immensely. It was my first time doing a tour. of DC but certainly not my first time in DC. Will certainly partake again.

Curtis and Terry were terrific! Thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Terry’s commentary and explanations were interesting! I learned new info and I love history. Worthwhile! Even in the pouring rain!
