Boat ride of Potomac River is seasonal (March 26 - October 16). When the boat is not operating, you will visit the Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead
There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.

Jefferson Memorial

You will visit the Jefferson Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

Lincoln Memorial

You will walk up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

You will get to see the Vietnam Veteran's Wall with all the history and view the names.

Vietnam Women's Memorial

A stop which pays homage to our Women in Vietnam.

U.S. Capitol

Visit the outside of our US Capitol.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial

One of our newest and most liked Memorials.

National World War II Memorial

You will want to take lots of pictures at this memorial. Lots of gorgeous fountains.

Potomac River

Seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is also included with your tour (seasonally, approximately April - mid October). During the months the ferry is not operating, you will be able to visit Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead.

Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial

You will visit the Eisenhower Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

Arranged a hotel pick up for the 3hr morning tour. Driver Chris was friendly & helpful. Guide Sally was eloquent, knowledgeable, culturally adapt across all of the tour group (25 from across the world in a super cool aircon shuttlebus with big windows for great views). Sally brought to life the history, pitched it just right with a balance of wit, humour and solid facts. At key landmarks we had time out of the vehicle, and for a few other sights, Chris did slow-time drive by. Utterly perfect way to see DC sights that arent that easy to get to by Metro, coupled with local insight. Without doubt, will be the tour i recommend to friends to do at the start of any DC trip. Several of the group had booked the 6 hour tour which included a boat trip - we had the 3hr so stopped and self hired canoes on the Potomac which was ace. Thanks Sally, Howard & The Hair :D

Great tour. Good driver and excellent tour guide, Both informative and funny. The boat trip on the Hudson was unnecessary.
