Boat ride of Potomac River is seasonal (March 26 - October 16). When the boat is not operating, you will visit the Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead
There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.

You will see the outside of the White House.

Jefferson Memorial

You will visit the Jefferson Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

Lincoln Memorial

You will walk up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

You will get to see the Vietnam Veteran's Wall with all the history and view the names.

Vietnam Women's Memorial

A stop which pays homage to our Women in Vietnam.

U.S. Capitol

Visit the outside of our US Capitol.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial

One of our newest and most liked Memorials.

National World War II Memorial

You will want to take lots of pictures at this memorial. Lots of gorgeous fountains.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial

You will love this memorial which pays homage to one of our most famous people that fought for our rights, Martin Luther King, Jr.

Potomac River

Seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is also included with your tour (seasonally, approximately April - mid October). During the months the ferry is not operating, you will be able to visit Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead.

Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial

You will visit the Eisenhower Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

Guide was excellent. Only problem was it wasn’t clear where the tour started from- no big sign and the archive museum is huge. We nearly missed it. Did the 6 hours but all main sights done in the 3 hour. Only lunch, boat ride and Arlington/Pentagon done in the afternoon

Our guide, Tyrone, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Our driver, Christian, was friendly and patient. The tour group called the morning of the tour to be sure we knew where to meet and made adjustments based on where we were and told us exactly where to go. The sites included were great and had about the right amount of time allotted to each. It was soooo hot that day but the van remained cool and they kept plenty of free cold water for us. They even made the extra effort to drop us off near where we parked so we would not have to get a cab. Can’t think of anything they could have done better!

We had a great tour! Our guide was personable and very knowledgeable of the sites we visited and also ones we passed. We saw so many things! We also really appreciated the cooler of water on one of the hottest days ever in DC!!
