Boat ride of Potomac River is seasonal (March 26 - October 16). When the boat is not operating, you will visit the Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead
There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.

Jefferson Memorial

You will visit the Jefferson Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

Lincoln Memorial

You will walk up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

You will get to see the Vietnam Veteran's Wall with all the history and view the names.

Vietnam Women's Memorial

A stop which pays homage to our Women in Vietnam.

U.S. Capitol

Visit the outside of our US Capitol.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial

One of our newest and most liked Memorials.

National World War II Memorial

You will want to take lots of pictures at this memorial. Lots of gorgeous fountains.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial

You will love this memorial which pays homage to one of our most famous people that fought for our rights, Martin Luther King, Jr.

Potomac River

Seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is also included with your tour (seasonally, approximately April - mid October). During the months the ferry is not operating, you will be able to visit Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead.

Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial

You will visit the Eisenhower Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

This was the best-guided tour my husband and I took to sightsee the monuments in Washinton D.C. We did the 3-hour version in a mini deluxe motor coach. Dwayne, our tour guide shared his extensive knowledge of all the monuments we saw and he led the tour group at each bus stop and delivered in-depth details along the way. I highly recommend this tour.

This was the best tour my husband and I took to sightsee the monuments in D.C. We did the 3-hour version in a mini deluxe motor coach Curtis was our driver and even though it was a rainy day, Dwayne our tour guide shared his untold knowledge of all the monuments we saw and he got off with the tour group at each stop and gave us in-depth details along the way. I highly recommend this tour....we previously did a moonlight trolley tour and there was NO comparison..... If you do this tour, you will not be disappointed.

Viator Group picked me up at my hotel, picked up others at different hotels, guide got on the bus and off we went. 3.5 hours of description of various government buildings like the Capitol and the Postal Museum, as we passed them; a quick view of Georgetown then onto the White House - walked around the east lawn, the Martin Luther King Memorial, the FDR Memorial, with its waterfalls, the Korean and Vietnam Memorials and another walk around the beautiful and informative WW11 Memorial. We were given time to spend at the Lincoln as well. Best $64.00 I ever spent.
