Boat ride of Potomac River is seasonal (March 26 - October 16). When the boat is not operating, you will visit the Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead
There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.

You will see the outside of the White House.

Jefferson Memorial

You will visit the Jefferson Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

Lincoln Memorial

You will walk up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

You will get to see the Vietnam Veteran's Wall with all the history and view the names.

Vietnam Women's Memorial

A stop which pays homage to our Women in Vietnam.

U.S. Capitol

Visit the outside of our US Capitol.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial

One of our newest and most liked Memorials.

National World War II Memorial

You will want to take lots of pictures at this memorial. Lots of gorgeous fountains.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial

You will love this memorial which pays homage to one of our most famous people that fought for our rights, Martin Luther King, Jr.

Potomac River

Seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is also included with your tour (seasonally, approximately April - mid October). During the months the ferry is not operating, you will be able to visit Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead.

Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial

You will visit the Eisenhower Memorial ONLY during the winter months when the seasonal boat cruise of the Potomac River is not operating.

Our tour guide, Dwane, was excellent. I’ve been on a lot of tours but he was the best-funny, knew his history, so knowledgeable about the city. If you want to get around and see a lot plus a boat cruise, take this tour. Great transportation (thanks Chris) around town. Top rated tour I would take again.

This was a great tour. Just enough time at each stop to see it and get photos. Plenty of water available on hot days. The tour guides Chris Sally were the best and so knowledgeable. A great way to see a lot of sites in just a few hours.

I highly recommend this tour. We saw so much more than we would have been able to see on our own. Chris and Sally (driver and guide)were awesome. We really learned a lot about the history and symbolism of the city and it’s monuments. On a hot humid July day, the air conditioned bus and ice cold water were very much appreciated.
