This is a whirlwind tour of DC. It hits all the highlights. We had Tyrone as our guide who was wonderfully entertaining and quite knowledgeable. Chris was our driver and he was friendly, courteous, got us to places on time. We did the full day experience and boy was it. This is great option for those that need to take in the sites in a timely manner and you are on and off a shuttle bus, so there is no finding a place to park which can be tedious in DC. We were also able to take a short cruise on the Potomac which was a nice relaxing end to the day. I would recommend this tour definitely to first timers to DC.

This was a great way to see DC in a day. We just hit the must see spots. If you want to go to all the museums, you would have to plan that another day. Our tour guide, Tyrone, was very informative and friendly.

Thank you for sharing your impressions of the day tour. there are so many things to do in DC that a guided tour gives you the essential orientation and historical context. You may choose what to visit on your own if time is not an issue.
