What To Expect
1
Rhyolite
Depart Las Vegas at 7am for your day tour to Death Valley. Your first stop will be the ghost town of Rhyolite, at the entrance to the National Park. This long abandoned gold mining community has been used as the set for many movies and documentaries.
2
Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes
Enjoy the views on an amazing drive down a beautiful winding highway and enter the center of Death Valley from the east; this is like entering a foreign and strange world of endless desert, vast valleys, harshly sculpted peaks and superbly adapted plants and animals formed over millions of years.
3
Furnace Creek Visitor Center
Death Valley, the driest, hottest climate imaginable is an immense, wild land that man has never tamed. Capture the view of the valley from Hellā€™s Gate, well above the valley floor and then visit Badwater at 282 feet below sea level.
4
Badwater
You will also enjoy views and stops at Zabriskieā€™s Point, the Devilā€™s Golf Course, the Furnace Creek Museum, the Salt Lake, the Sand Dunes and Artists Pallet. The majestic mountains, colorful canyons, volcanic craters and salt pinnacles all make this trip a photographic-sightseers dream come true. For the truly adventurous, this tour is offered your-round! We stop at all these locations for a little exploration and lots of photos.
5
Artists Palette
You'll be amazed at beautiful drive thru Artists Palate and photo stops
6
Devil's Golf Course
Discover how the salt panicles were formed at the the Devils Golf Course. This is part of the salt lake that became a very strange place indeed.
7
Zabriskie Point
You'll love the views from Zabriskie's Point overlooking the valley. Take a small hike to see one of Death Valley's most inspiring views!

This was an amazing trip. Initially, I had planned renting a car in Vegas and drive myself. Very glad didn't do that as for sure the experience wouldn't have been the same. Marcus, our driver, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took us to a number of spots that we might have probably missed if we were on our own. Marcus' driving made us feel safe. What we saw was unbelievable and I highly recommend this tour if you have never been to Death Valley. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the food arrangements, I believe, could have been better organized. In particular, breakfast was not that appealing (a couple of small biscuits, water/orange juice). At this time of the year (little chillier than usual), a hot beverage (coffee and hot chocolate for children) and pastries would probably be a more appealing choice when hitting the road at 7am. For the price of the tour I'm sure the company can accomodate that. I'm saying this because I did other tours in Vegas and they do what I described. Anyway, excellent experience overall.

Hi, and thank you for your review. We are delighted you had a fun day with Marcus. Yes, taking a tour always gives you information and places you might miss on your own. Thank you for the suggestions, we'll try to make that happen. You've got me thinking of ways we could accommodate your request with the vehicles and space we have. Very good! Very best regards, Will & Donna Tryon - Owners

Trip was cancelled because roads were damaged in flood. What is there to say. Disappointing. You are too demanding wanting more

We are so sorry that we were unable to operate the Death Valley Tour. If you check the National Park Service website for Death Valley it will show you that a lot of the roads which were damaged in flooding this summer are still closed while being repaired. This is very disappointing for us also.

Our driver and tour guide Clayton was great and very informative. This was our second trip to Death Valley, and we love Death Valley's views right from the beginning until the end. Lunch was good. The Sand Dunes were new for us, so that was great. I definitely would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the outdoors.
