Weā€™ll then stop on the valley floor of The world famous Mesquite Dunes, and spend approximately 45 minutes while getting to experience the sands of the dunes and the beautiful nature that Death Valley has to offer.

Harmony Borax Works
With the Dunes being behind us, we then head onto the famous California 190 on the floor of Death Valley, and head over to Harmony Borax Works. Over at the Borax, weā€™ll be able to learn some of the human history of Death Valley, as well as the valleyā€™s mining operation of the past.

Death Valley National Park
After lunch, weā€™ll pack back into the shuttle, and head over to Bad Water Basin. The Basin is the lowest point in North America, at an astounding 282 feet below sea level. Weā€™ll take about 30 minutes to take a short walk out and onto the salt flats. Here, youā€™ll be able to take some extremely interesting photos and hopefully get a chance to see the local wildlife up close and personal.

Artists Palette
With the Panamint Mountains on our left, and the Black Mountains to the right, weā€™ll drive along the floor of Death Valley on our way to the gorgeous Artist Palette. Youā€™ll notice a beautiful color on the sand and learn about the surrounding reasons, while getting the chance to take some wonderful photos.
