Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

I spent two days researching which company to choose and while ruling out several, several stayed in the group. However, Manhattan Helicopters offered the furthest north tour and longest air time while being the second cheapest and having one of the best review ratings. I was not disappointed. Everything was perfect, the helicopter had only two seats per row so everyone had a window up to 5 people. There was a nice audioguide, the pilot was super friendly, the handling of the helicopter was excellent, everything was perfect.

It gave a great view of whole of Manhatten and its land marks but otherwise it was quite disappointing - there were 6 in our helicopter and my husband and I were facing backwards which hindered our view immensely compared to the others on the ride who I presume paid the same as us and meant the audio descriptions were all wrong. ie the things it said were on the left were on the right and when it said ahead we could not see. Not sure it was worth the money. So if you are going to go on this tour I’d ask about which way you will be facing. Ground staff were great. Not sure I’d do it again
