A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. The purchase of two tickets through Viator proved to be a disappointment, as the prices were found to be more reasonable when purchasing directly from the company. Despite having paid over $600, the tickets did not include additional perks such as photos or t-shirts. Furthermore, the tour itself was shorter than expected. It was noted that those who had paid for a 20-minute tour received the same time as those who had purchased a 15-minute tour for less. The experience was salvaged by the staff, who were professional and courteous, and who come highly recommended. It is advised, however, to make direct purchases from the company to avoid the unfavorable pricing offered through Viator.
