Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

Took my 3 grandkids ages 8-8 and 10. It was a way to cover the city from angles you'd never get from a plane or on the ground. So worth the money.

We had fantastic views of New York. But, unfortunately we had to see them through dirty windows. Headsets were provided to the 4 people in the cabin. But, unfortunately only one worked. 3 of us only heard static. Only one heard a commentary of what we saw.

Excellent experience that took in all the major sites to see in New York. We were delayed in a traffic accident and got there late but they managed to put us on a later flight! Simple process when registering with passports and free Wi-Fi whilst you wait for your experience. Top tip: if you complete a google review they will give you 50% off the pics for sale. This is not a well advertised discount option.
