Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

I decided to do a helicopter ride on a date with someone I’m still relatively early on in getting to know. The people coordinating seating in the helicopter put my date and I in entirely different parts of the helicopter. Before doing so I asked if there was any other way to safely position the passengers to make it work and the answer was yes, but that this was the easiest way. While it was still an interesting experience, a helicopter ride is expensive, it’s a once in a lifetime thing, and because of the coordinator’s inflexibility (and he could of done the seating differently and still been safe), it wasn’t as positive an experience as my date and I hoped for - and therefore at the end of the day wasn’t worth it.

All passengers are asked to hop on a scale, then all weights are entered into a software program. We adhere to safety first that's why we follow what the program recommends. Amazing experience. Professional and well organised. Only criticism is that if 6 are in helicopter, one has to sit in the front which meant me and hubby were split up (he’s a nervous flyer). We didn’t know this could happen. That being said I was in the front and had an amazing view.
