Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

Overall we had a great trip. However, it does only go up the river and not across the city, so you only see one side of Manhattan. Also, we couldn’t hear the commentary that was played via the provided headsets due to the fact that the other group had a small child who basically didn’t shut up for the duration. And we couldn’t mute it! In addition to this, make sure you read the booking info and bring ID and you need to pay another $80 dollars when you get there.

Hello mjr881, Thank you for your review. Happy to hear that you had a great trip! Let me just touch briefly on your concerns: The route of all Tours is mandated by NYC. And we're only allowed to fly over the river and not over the city (for safety and security). Yes, there is indeed a $40 Heliport Fee that we collect for the Heliport. Everybody who flies, including infants, must pay this fee. Thank you!
