Overview

Get out and ride in the Alaskan Boreal Forest! Traveling at speeds up to 30 mph, maneuver through the taiga to picturesque panoramas of the Alaska Range. Observe glacial moraines and historic archaeological dig sites while navigating tree rutted trails, mountain-fed creek beds, and boggy tundra. Spend more time riding on the trail than any other Denali area off-road adventure tour. You may learn how to make fireweed tea, leave with a blueberry smile, or even chat about survival. Periodic stops are made for photography and wildlife sightings. Tackle the terrain in a single-rider ATV or share the thrill in a multi-passenger side-by-side ATV. Trails are challenging for all experience levels. Total tour covers about 20 miles with 2½ hours on the trails.

What an AWESOME adventure! It started with a short shuttle ride with Bob the Bus Driver. Fun guy, very knowledgeable with stories to tell. We arrived at our starting area, listened to a quick pep talk and were off. The guides (Moose, Jeremiah and Shane) were TOP NOTCH and my husband can tell you that I don’t say that very often when it comes to guides. Moose is a great storyteller and they were all knowledgeable and helpful. The ATVs were some of the best we’ve ridden on any ATV tour we’ve done in the US and abroad (and there have been many). Well maintained and easy to operate. The scenery was great. The ride was even better. We even had the opportunity to see a moose! I wish I could say one thing that wasn’t great about this ride but from pickup to drop-off, it was AMAZING.

Had a wonderful day touring the area and experiencing the Denali backcountry. Was concerned about the weather as the forecast was for a wet and cold day. A few layers and rain jacket made the temperature a non-issue. And the trails were way better with the wet conditions - water crossing were a blast and no dust clouds to breath in. Alex, Chelsea and Jenny got us around safely and offered up nice commentary about the area. I recommend Denali ATV - the whole experience was great

Great day. Moose, Jenny, and Jeremiah were great guides - entertaining presentations on history of area. Bob was great bus driver who added to the experience with his stories (and shooting a moose footer us).
