Overview

Get out and ride in the Alaskan Boreal Forest! Traveling at speeds up to 30 mph, maneuver through the taiga to picturesque panoramas of the Alaska Range. Observe glacial moraines and historic archaeological dig sites while navigating tree rutted trails, mountain-fed creek beds, and boggy tundra. Spend more time riding on the trail than any other Denali area off-road adventure tour. You may learn how to make fireweed tea, leave with a blueberry smile, or even chat about survival. Periodic stops are made for photography and wildlife sightings. Tackle the terrain in a single-rider ATV or share the thrill in a multi-passenger side-by-side ATV. Trails are challenging for all experience levels. Total tour covers about 20 miles with 2½ hours on the trails.

My husband and I just came home from a 1.5 week trip to Alaska. We decided to stay a few nights in Denali before catching our cruise from Seward to Vancouver. Of all the adventures we had on this trip - including the cruise shore excursions of zip lining, back country jeep tour, glacier visit, hikes, whale watching, etc. - this was by far our favorite! We absolutely loved getting to see Denali by ATV. We chose single-rider ATVs. My husband had ridden one before and was very comfortable. I was completely new to it. I was a little tentative at first, but our guides gave great instruction and it didn't take long to become comfortable with it. Our guides were excellent (we took the 10a tour on 05/24/18) - I cannot say enough good things about them! They really looked out for everyone, explained what we were seeing, and made this into a completely memorable adventure. Thank you so much!!! If this sounds like an interesting tour, do it! I highly recommend it, well worth it :)

Started our adventure with Bob, who was a ton of fun! Request Rachel and/or Tyler for your ATV adventure. We booked the 3.5 hour trailblazer. They customized the tour to our comfort level. WOW....beautiful scenery & really fun trails. Our tour was around 10:30am. We did not see much wild life but every time I glanced around at our surroundings, it just didn’t matter, This is a must in Denali! Thanks for making our birthday trip special.

This ATV tour package was so much fun! Enjoyed viewing the back country of the Denali area and the commentary provided by Chris, Rachel and Jane. Would have liked to see some wildlife, but other than that, a day well spent. Thank you!
