My wife & I recently experienced this tour while visiting Denali and had a great time. Our guides picked us up from our hotel and drove us out to their Jeeps. We ended up in a Jeep by ourselves and there were six other Jeeps in our caravan. The guides communicate directions & information via CB radios mounted on the dash of the Jeep. It worked just fine and we drove around 100 miles round trip on the old gravel Denali Highway. Rugged vistas, quiet lakes and scenic overlooks along with a few animal sightings made for a great trip. They provided drinks, snacks & a bathroom break along the way. It was a fun way to cover a lot of ground most tourists will not see.

Mike and Angie were awesome guides. This was a great 4 hour adventure. The jeeps were well maintained. The views were spectacular. This was a great addition to visiting Denali.

This is a wonderful way to see so much of the beautiful land Alaska has without being in a bus. We were traveling with our family of 14 ranging from 75 to 5. Everyone had an amazing time. Plenty of stops along the way to stretch your legs and take amazing photos. During our official drive on Denali Highway we didn't see any wildlife. But don't give up because we saw a moose and her babies and another taking a bath.
