Scout and Rachael were awesome! Made our trip so fun. Be sure to request them! They made us feel so safe and were very encouraging. They especially worked to encourage an older woman on our tour who came alone. The only negative was Woody the bus driver. She wasn’t too knowledgeable and was very negative about the Princess lodge employees and their lodging. It didn’t really pertain to our trip and was uncomfortable.

Rachael and Max did a super job. Both of them were fun and helped make the experience fun. It's obvious they love what they do. I'd recommend this activity to anyone coming here. Super fun time...thanks Max and Rachael...

Hannah and Molly gave us all an excellent zip lining experience, they worked very hard to make sure we all got the most out of the experience, were friendly and experienced putting even those who had not done zip lining previously at ease. The day was one of the highlights of our trip and well priced as well as being a great deal of fun. highly recommended
