You’ll start at the iconic Union Station, heading next to the city’s oldest hotel. You’ll end on the Dairy Block, one of Denver’s newest, coolest micro-districts. At each stop, you’ll sample a craft cocktail and paired bite, learn about Denver’s growing food and cocktail scenes and mix and mingle with fellow foodies.

Denver Union Station

Located at the heart and center of Denver, Union Station is iconic part of the Mile High City's history and home to some of the best local restaurants and bars.

Dairy Block

This historic block, located in downtown Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, was once home to Windsor Dairy and is now a vibrant micro-district that boasts 15 shops, 19 restaurants, seven bars, a luxury coworking space, and a 172-room boutique hotel.

The Oxford Club, Spa & Salon

Visit the city's oldest hotel, full of interesting history and delicious restaurants/bars.

Loved the whole tour but the tour guide made it perfect. Rob was literally a walking encyclopedia of historic knowledge. This tour has some very interesting historic tidbits, not to mention the fabulous cocktails and bites! Don't miss this tour when you are in Denver!!

I’m usually pretty basic with my alcohol choices (vodka, wine, and cheap light domestic beer). I didn’t expect to like the drinks with darker liquors and I did!!! In fact, I was the first to finish my drinks and finished my friends (now, I sound like a lush ;)! The establishments on the tour were top notch and high end. We got to experience 3 places that we might not have necessarily known about or been able to get reservations for. Rob was very informative. He had some great history to tell us and recommendations for other places to try.

While airport delays made us late for the experience, Rob was great about getting with us on their second stop. He was very congenial and informed, explaining the creation of the drinks and relevant Denver history. I was a little worried that having 3 cocktails in the remaining 1 1/2 hours would be too much alcohol but it was perfect combined with the appetizers. My favorite was the purple drink at the Pokalola and the pork slider, but it was all good. You can tell that the bar staff and Rob have fun making a memorable experience.
