I was veryyyyy unhappy with my ride! The driver was pleasant but it was my mothers 50th birthday i called as well as received calls from this company to assure my special request was granted(a sign that said Happy Birthday ect.) but i didn’t receive my special request couldnt find my driver at the pick up location either ! It was a mess!! Also the door on the Tesla wouldn't open!! I would have definitely gotten a uber if I would have known i would go through that especially on a day i tried to make bery special for my mother!

Great experience. Not only riding in a Tesla Model X, but the customer service was A+++. Our flight was canceled last minute and Europe Shuttle rescheduled our pick up. So easy! We will definitely be using this service in the future!
