Customer service was great, (they held our cases of wine inside because the outside temperature was 103* degrees), people oriented. Our River guide, Zane, has a great sense of humor, inspires visitors and staff alike to have fun and do their best. Beauty along the river. Guide was nice but not real engaging. Instructions were good; we were “paired” with 3 other “older” ladies, one who did not row, so we didn’t feel confident they could row through the more difficult rapids, so we opted not to take those, which was a bit disappointing.

Ask for Zane to be your guide. Family for generations in the area. Lots of stories. Knows River well.
