This was our second investigation and it far out exceeded our expectations. Please know this is a real investigation, there no theatrical nonsense, we had Grayson and this guide is absolutely amazing, he knows so much about the history and the equipment that we were able to go right into a solid investigation. I truly can’t say enough about him! He continually offer more and different things to investigate with. Really if you’re looking to have a real investigation with real interactions then this is your tour. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to experience a real investigation. They have many options but my recommendation would be the private investigation, Grayson will help you or let you work it on your own! Thank You Grayson you made our night completely AMAZING! We had an awesome experience using spirit boxes, rem pods, and other equipment we have never had the opportunity to use before. We even encountered a ghost with a hankering for gummy bears, an experience to not soon be forgotten. Grayson was leading the investigation and he helped make ghost encounters fun and exciting!
