Grayson was an amazing host. The night was somewhat slow but his gear was exceptional and his knowledge vast. He walked us through so many things and made our experience worth every penny. We had some audio where the ghosts actually said my name and my job title which he and i discussed while at the first location. He captured it on audio and emailed it to me. Grayson went above and beyond. I hope your company expands into some other locations in St Augustine. The little lady and i will book again with Grayson. Best always.... T.S.

First off Grayson was an excellent guide. Friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Secondly, it was a freezing cold night, so not a great start. However, we are then went to the Fort. Definitely had some good activity. Lots of voices on the Phasmabox. I tried the dousing rods and definitely got some movement. I took my boys (24 & 15). They loved it. Just a shame it was so cold. I had to cut my tour short as I was shivering so badly.
