What To Expect

Miami Beach Boardwalk

10:00 AM - The Miami To The Max! Tour starts with a rock'n roll bus tour around South Beach. Then, we take a 30-minute beach walk, while snapping photos of the seaside Art Deco District. We'll show you our favorite photo spots on Ocean Drive, like Versace Mansion, Lifeguard Headquarters, the beach, clock tower, and the spot where they filed the chainsaw scene in the movie "Scarface".

Wynwood Walls

11:15 AM - We'll hop inside our luxury bus and cruise over to Wynwood, where we will learn about 9 different types of Street Art. We'll drive around neighborhood show you some of the art murals most people do not get to see, before taking a 30-minute walking tour around the Wynwood Walls - Miami's most popular attraction.

Little Havana

12: 15 PM - By now we're starting to get hungry so we drive over to Little Havana where you can buy lunch and learn about Cuban culture at the Latin street fair around Domino Park. Take our photo scavenger hunt on your smartphone. There are many affordable options. You're free to explore and eat on your own, but we'll show you around the neighborhood first. This is a great time to eat some good Cuban food. Customers receive a FREE paperback version of the Little Havana Dining Guide on the bus. The guide contains restaurant menus, our favorite dishes, and a Cuban food glossary of terms. Customers receive a Little Havana Dining Guide with restaurant menus and our favorite dishes.

We expected a better quality coach as advised in the advertising as a luxury coach. As soon as we boarded we noticed a damp smell and the shabby interior of the coach. We also read on the website that there are usually 25 participants and we had 39 which made the experience less enjoyable. Our guide and driver were very helpful but with heavily accented English were difficult to understand at times, particularly with a ‘hissy’ sound system., We had a short time at South Beach and at the Wynwood Walls with too long at Little Havana which is interesting but not iconic. More time at South Beach would be fab!

Dear arbee54, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you saying the driver and guide were helpful. All of our buses are 2019. I'm on the buses every week and have never experienced any odor; they always look and smell brand new and fresh. However, I will check them all out this week and make sure they pass my smell test ;) About the amount of people on the tour and what our website states, if you read the description at MiamiTourCompany.com, it says "Most days, there are about 25 people in the group". I personally create the driver manifest every day and this is usually the case. If anyone is skeptical, they can go to our Facebook and see the group photos. Please allow me to clarify the times and what we promise to do during the tour: 1. The walking tour in South Beach lasts 25 minutes. 2. The Wynwood stop lasts 25 minutes, and this is after a comprehensive 20-minute driving tour around the entire Wynwood neighborhood, with a special stop at the Bob Marley mural, if the group wishes. 3. The Little Havana stop lasts 90 minutes to allow for lunch. I understand wanting to have more time in South Beach, but the tour is designed to end at 2 pm and give everyone time to go back and hang out where they wish. One thing we can do is make it more clear to people, like yourself, who are wanting to go back to the beach, they can get a free ride over there at 2:15 pm on our other bus. Again, I apologize we did not make a better connection. I'll try harder to keep everyone on their toes. Thank you for choosing us and we hope you'll come back and give us another try. Tour was good. Getting back to our pickup location was delayed because of heavy traffic Guide meant well and gave it his best but his English was difficult to understand at times. Weather was perfect. Could have covered more information on Miami as compared to other US cities
