We booked this trip with a start time of 13:30. We arrived at 13:15 to be told 'to late, you missed it'. We asked why as the start time had not yet been met. We were told that they sent an email asking us to arrive 30mins prior to start time. We did get this email but assumed it was just the normal get here early in case of traffic blar blar. The young lady behind the counter was not the most useful and just kept saying that the start time was 13:00. Eventually this young lady went and got someone from GrayLines to talk to us and she explained that we were not the fist to fall foul of the '13:30 start' website message. By this time it was too late to join the tour but the Graylines rep offered us the tour the next day. Bit of a pain but we went for it. IT WAS A GREAT TOUR. If you do nothing else then you MUST go on this tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and full of all sorts of dits and stories. You cover all of Nashville with little insights here and there. So, if you want this tour, remember, the start time is 13:00 and not 13:30 as on their website and they do hotel pick up/ drop off. On top of this we found out they do hotel pick up. Enjoy.

Jerry was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable and great stories! Picked up on time and we were able to stay in downtown Nashville.

This part of our all day/combo tour was fantastic!! The gray lines driver who picked us up at our KOA campground, Big John, was Great!! He gave us a mini tour on the way in & treated us like his best friends Our tour guide, Big Jerry was AWESOME!!! He shared so many stories & jokes. He made the tour extra special Big John & Big Jerry are tops in our books 👍😁
