We took the 1:30 tour on Saturday and got picked up at the Grey Line gift shop close to Opryland hotel as we were staying in Mt. Juliet. We got there right on time, 1:00 as they say to be there at 1, and we were the first pickup so we headed straight to get the others. There were only two other stops close by, so we were able to get started early. We were on a nice, tour, short bus. Big Jerry was our tour guide and he was great! Nice, funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us LOTS of history and interesting tidbits and was able to answer most of the questions we had. Since we had started early we got extra time at both the Ryman and Country Music Hall Of Fame, though personally I could have spent more time at both, but I'm one of those people that like to read a lot. After the CMHF Jerry offered us to stay if we wanted to walk around the Broadway area and find a ride back (Like Uber or Lyft) and one family opted to stay. Overall it was a good tour and totally worth the money.

Hi Amanda! Thanks for letting us know about your experience! Jerry is an excellent guide and we are lucky to have him! Both the Ryman and CMHF are beautiful venues that are well worth spending extra time visiting. There are so many beautiful places and great history lessons all around Nashville. I'm so happy Jerry got to share some of his love for our city with you!
