Excellent way to get a broad overview of Nashville in a few hours. My only complaint was the departure time listed on the tickets is not actually the departure time from the hotel -- it is up to 30 minutes earlier. We arrived a few minutes before the 1:30 departure time and discovered we missed the bus. It turns out that this info was listed on the second page with the tour itinerary, but it would have been much better if they listed a 1:00 to 1:30 departure time on the ticket instead of just 1:30. To their credit, we were able to get booked on a tour the next day at no extra charge.

Excellent tour choice! We stayed on schedule without feeling rushed. Tour guide witty, friendly, fun & knowledgeable. Entrance into CMHIF & Ryman Auditorium went smoothly. Time to see displays & shop.

Our bus driver, Terry, (I believe) was great! He was on time and picked us up at our hotel. He was very knowledgeable and fun! He drove us around Nashville and pointed out a lot of landmarks and gave us a great history lesson on the town. Taking the tour was great. This was a great way to see Nashville and learn about the city. When we arrived at the Ryman and the museum, we were taken right to the door and didn’t need to wait in line for tickets!
