Horrible experience. Very unorganized. Did not meet us where we were supposed to be picked up. We were left sitting downtown for 45 minutes with no communication.

We only had an afternoon available to 'see' Nashville and so had booked the tour ahead of our arrival. We have no regrets, with easy parking to meet the mini-bus at their office on Music Valley Drive. Both the desk clerk who confirmed our reservation and our driver/tour guide Rosie were top notch! Rosie gave a wonderful tour with lots of detail including personal stories which made it 'real'! I would highly recommend this tour for either a quick overview, or just to introduce places you'd want to return to.

March 29,2018 we arrived in Nashville and tried to tour the city a little that night. Not happening! So we went back to our motel(Drury Inn & Suites at the airport...great place to stay!) and looked at tours. We went with Grayline tours and that choice was so right for us. We were picked up at our motel. Rosie, our driver, was so good. Ask for her if you can. She was very knowledgeable about the area. We went to every place promised and had a great time with her. She was so personal with everyone and made sure she pointed out little tidbits that made you understand a little more than just a picture and paragraph would do. I encourage you to try this out. It was about 4 hours and at 65 dollars a person is a steal of a deal. We enjoyed her so much and that we decided to make her part of our vacation album. Great job, Graylinetn.com!
