Beware of overcharging at the venue ticket booth. We purchased the trolly tour that included the jail, store and fountain of youth. We added a Harbour cruise. As we made our way to the different attractions we discovered we paid more than if we had purchased tickets at each individual place. We asked if there was a military or senior discount. They said no to military, but said they were giving us a senior discount. We figure we would have saved at least $20 each if we had purchased our tickets individually using each attractionā€™s military or senior discount and buying the trolly tour online. Our trolly driver, captain T was great. They picked us up at our hotel and returned us at the end of the day. It was nice to be able to see the city and learn the history. We were hoping to be able to stop and see a few things, but after the second stop, we realized that was not going to be possible. We waited 45 minutes for a trolly that wasnā€™t full. Decided to just stay on and drive back the next day to see what we wanted to stop to see. At every stop we made there were long lines of people waiting with no room on our trolly. Capt T had to keep apologizing and telling them there was another trolly right behind them. We will be in Boston in June. Hope we have better luck there because it looks like Old Town Tours is pretty much our only choice there.

ST. AUGUSTINE GAME CHANGER! I've been to St. Augustine a dozen times. This time, on a girls weekend trip with 4 of my best friends, we decided to do the tour of St. Aug on the Trolley! Our experience was WEEKEND MAKING!! The drivers were amazing!! Each one had personality and charisma! Especially "Preacher" who we spent the most time with. He was kind and creative and even got people NOT on our train involved is the fun trivia and conversations. He was knowledgeable and had lots of fun information. He was so great!! We also did the Ghost & Graveyard tour!! Aaron and "Capt. D" were amazing, as were the gentleman in the shop! Everyone was so friendly, and went out of their way to be spectacular! The G&G tour was so much fun!! We did a tour at 11:30pm and it was super satisfyingly entertaining! We will DEFINITELY be back and next time we might bring the husbands and kids! On second thought....maybe not! :D

This trolley company was absolutely fantastic. The drivers were wonderful one better than the next. It got us all over Saint Augustine with ease of hop on hop off. It allowed us to see so much of the area and so many sites that I donā€™t think we would have made it too if we walked or drove. I would highly recommend this service.
