The tour office did not want to accept my online booking and tour. After about 30 minutes of showing them my online booking and ticket they decided to honor the online purchase. I was told to just buy my tickets at the tour office and not buy them online. They did eventually honor my purchase but they didn't like it. The tour itself was great but the hassle of getting the tickets purchased through viator was not pleasantl.

This was the best-spent money on this trip. With a 3 day pass, we were able to learn all about the history of the city by the drivers of the trolley. We were able to get off and explore on our own and then hop back on to get back to our car. We took the beach shuttle to the island and were able to make a beach trip and then the lighthouse. Lots of fun and educational.

The tour touched most of the bases in learning about the City. My wife and I chose the 23 stop (basically an all day experience) as it worked well for our schedule. It is focused on the old city and covers the historical hilites and general points of interest. The tour vehicles are easy to recognize and run about every 15-20 minutes. Perfect. We like to check things out and stop at select points (example - the Fortress) for tours. Be sure to connect with the details of "your tour" before you buy it as there are subtle differences in what the various tours include and cost. Some INCLUDE tickets to gain access to specific buildings on the tour such as the old jail and the old store and others require you to BUY ANOTHER TICKET to get in. Note the Fortress is part of the National Park Program so bring along your card if you have one. It it worth checking it out but be sure you find out the cost to get in before you get there. They have a great and friendly staff (don't miss Jack who does Jail tours). Ask questions and enjoy.
