Dog Sledding and Mushing Experience in North Pole

Overview

Enjoy a truly Alaskan experience in the famous North Pole Alaska on a 30 minute dog sledding adventure. This ride includes informative commentary from your local guide as you glide through the snow covered forest. You will be seated in the dog sled as the team of Alaskan Huskies whisk you down the trails. Your guide will be standing on the back of the sled driving the team by voice commands. You will have a short stop during your adventure to meet your team of Alaskan Huskies and take pictures. All outer layers of winter clothing are included.

Regularly sanitised high-traffic areas
Gear/equipment sanitised between use
Guides required to regularly wash hands
Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms
Surfaces sanitized throughout the day and entire office area is sanitized daily by UV light.

Beautiful snowy ride with Kristen (sp) and her dogs!! She was amazing, friendly, and gave me so much info on the dogs. Loved that warm bibs were included!! A definite must if your in the area!!

I highly recommend Rod's Alaskan guide service for dog sledding. I also did the snowmobiling experience and both were AMAZING!!! Very professional and extremely kind and friendly, it's a family owned business. I loved being with the dogs and my musher was very knowledgable and I learned alot from her. Though I had my own gear, they provide you with everything you need to be sure you are warm and comfortable on your adventure. Can't wait to to it again next year!

Our snow is quickly melting. We are now closed for the 2020/2021 winter season. We will reopen on 1 November 2021 or when we have 8 inches of fresh snow. Thank you for the review.
